Some belated exercises

Been out of town for the weekend, but here’s a couple exercises to help get your week started:

Write a poem utilizing the words: sonic, tepid, callous, timid, and flap.

Write a piece of dialog between two people who can’t make a decision, but berate the other person for not being able to make a decision. Perhaps on where to eat, or where to go on vacation, or something more interesting.

Write a piece involving shaving someone’s head, and geography.

Write a piece in which the narrator is trying to find a book of matches.

Take something you find ironic in today’s society, and run with it, in a sort of extended fantasy.
